Reporting a wrong price or detail

This is the message we most want to receive. To let us fix it quickly, include:

• The page it appears on (a link is ideal)
• What we currently say
• What it should say
• Where you saw the correct figure, if it is somewhere we can check

We normally correct confirmed errors within a day or two, and we do not require anything in return.

If you work for a carrier

You are welcome to write to us directly, and we would rather hear about a mistake from you than leave it up. We will correct any factual error you can point to.

To be straightforward about the limits: we will not change a ranking, remove a comparison, or reorder results on request. Positions come from the plan data and the filters a visitor chooses. Correcting the underlying data is the way to change what the site shows — and if your plans have improved, that will move them on its own.

We run display advertising and participate in affiliate programmes, marked with an asterisk (*) wherever they appear. Enquiries are welcome at the address above. Any arrangement is disclosed on the page and has no effect on rankings, which is not negotiable.
