What this site is

American Phone Plans publishes comparative information about mobile phone plans in the United States. It is an independent publication. We do not sell phone plans, we are not an agent for any carrier, and we cannot activate, change or cancel a service for you.

Accuracy, and its limits

We take accuracy seriously enough to publish a methodology page showing when each carrier's data was last confirmed and which carriers we cannot currently verify. Please read it before relying on a price.

Even so, plan pricing changes without notice, promotional rates expire, and conditions vary by region, device and eligibility. The information here is provided for general comparison and without warranty of any kind. Always confirm the current price and terms with the carrier before purchasing. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information published here.

Affiliate links and advertising

Some outbound links are affiliate links, marked with an asterisk (*). If you buy through one we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We also display third-party advertising. Neither affects the ordering of plans, which is computed from plan data and the filters you select.

Third-party sites

We link to carrier and retailer websites we do not control. Their content, pricing and privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.

Using our content

The text, layout and compiled plan data on this site are ours. You are welcome to quote short extracts with a link back. Systematic copying or bulk extraction of the plan database is not permitted.

Carrier names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site means you accept the version in force.
